why I started this

Why an online crew?

Because I needed one. I needed guys who'd show up for me when I said something mattered — and I needed to be the guy who showed up for theirs. I needed accountability that didn't feel like a lecture, and friends who didn't feel like colleagues.

This isn't a program. No guru, no checkout cart. It's a room full of dudes who do what they said they'd do — who text back, who call out slipping, who shake your hand when you do the work. You're supported. You support. It trades.

That's what I needed. It's what you can be for somebody else. So join the crew.
